It will also include general Q&A regarding publishing and general music industry as well as talking through current forecasts and strategy in a rapidly changing music media market.

Devon has a 13 year career in the music/media business ranging from CBS/Paramount Pictures, Extreme/SONY ATV, Sony Music Entertainment and now at Big Yellow Dog Music where he is one of Meghan Trainor's publishers.  Currently he works with such hits as "All About That Bass," "Lips are Movin" bothy by Meghan Trainor - "Sledgehammer" by Fifth Harmony - "Jealous" by Labrinth , "Cadillac, Cadillac" by Train.  These are in addition to the country hits like "Neon Light" "Helluva Life" and "Drunk on a Plane."  His knowledge and experience of copyright development and management have led him to thousands of connections into the film/tv sync market, A&R Executives, and top creatives (songwriters/producers).  He has taught seminars on music publishing and film/tv music at Belmont University, Oakwood University, MTSU, GMA's Immerse Conference and has sat on numerous panels including the SPOT festival in Aarhus, Denmark.

Devon has worked with such great songwriters and artists as Meghan Trainor, Dennis Matkosky, Josh Kear, Al Anderson, Jessie James Decker, Matt Bronleewe,  Daniel Tashian, RED, The Lone Bellow and many many more!
