Description

Power of Ideas Travelling Exhibition:

Join us for a sneak peek of Perimeter Institute’s Power of Ideas travelling exhibition, before it leaves Waterloo to tour across Canada in 2017, in celebration of the 150th anniversary of Confederation.

  • Explore the Wall of Ideas,
  • Discover what happens at the LHC,
  • Collaborate to view a black hole,
  • Engage in the "Process of Science."
The overarching theme of this exhibition is the Process of Science - mirroring the behaviours critical to the work accomplished by scientists at the Perimeter Institute. Exploring this exhibition will spark curiosity, promote creativity, encourage critical thinking and celebrate collaboration. Illustrating the process of science through engaging, hands-on, mind-expanding exhibits, this exhibition will inspire exciting discussions of science around the dinner table. Suitable for Grade 6 and up.

The Power of Ideas Exhibition will travel across Canada in 2017. See it now before it leaves!
