Zenprov Comedy is coached by a famed Second City's Associate Artistic Director Jessica Mitolo. “I work with improv troupes from all over the world and Zenprov is one my favs. Since 2020, I’ve had the pleasure of coaching them through a creative renaissance. They are a true ensemble that inhabits that sweet spot of being both silly and insightful. A joy and a treat not to be missed."

This show will be filled with new favorites all about love and passion. Zenprov will interview a married couple about their first date in game they call First Date. Then the troupe will embellish their love story with improvised scenes, complete with friends, exes and a dramatic first kiss.  They'll also perform the Dating Game, but the bachelors are exotic animals, historical figures and bumper stickers. demonstrate how getting stuck in the dreaded Drama Triangle zaps the romance from relationships by people falling into unhealthy roles playing persecutors, rescuers and victims.

“This is our first Valentine’s Day show in Sedona in over three years. So we're super excited play with love, sex, dating, robots, conflicts and relationships,” said Dujardin. "With consent, we will touch your funny bone."

"Zenprov Comedy is the funniest improv troupe in Northern Arizona. People were laughing so hard their cheeks were hurting." Patrick Schweiss, Executive Director of the Sedona International Film Festival.  Now in their 17th year, Zenprov Comedy is a local favorite that taps into the rich source material that comes from living in a place steeped in spiritual seeking, UFOs, vortexes, self-help gurus, radical vegans and confused tourists lost in roundabouts.

The super minds of Zenprov Comedy are Derek Dujardin, Shaeri Richards, Shaunn Cochran, Chris Redish, Betty Testa, Dr. Linda Roemer, Nathaniel Montgomery,  and Mary Carder. Please note: Shows are rated PG-13, and are seldom politically correct and may contain adult themes.
