"Sacred Journeys" was shot entirely in Sedona, AZ. It's the story of Marco (Glenn Scarpelli), a jeep tour driver whose life is in a depressed state. Marco's not living his life. When a surprise visit from his past turns his world upside down, he might just discover what's been holding him back all this time. One day his old friend Tiff (Mackenzie Phillips) shows up with her 13-year-old-son Luke (Matthew Kosto). Some surprises occur and Marco finds himself waking up to a new start, transforming his life in a new relationship with love.
Mackenzie Phillips is best known for playing Julie Cooper on Norman Lear's CBS sitcom, "One Day At A Time" and the smash hit film, "American Graffiti". Glenn Scarpelli was also a series regular on "One Day At A Time", and they are both so thrilled to reunite starring in "Sacred Journeys". The film also stars Stephen Wallem as Marco's soon to be boyfriend 'Tom'. Stephen is known best for his portrayal of "Thor" on Showtime's "Nurse Jackie". In addition, the film introduces an incredible young talent Matthew Kosto as Marco and Tiff's son Luke.
