Another Body follows a college student's search for justice after she discovers deepfake pornography of herself circulating online. We live in a time when videos or images created by artificial intelligence are indistinguishable from the real thing. This riveting documentary highlights a serious problem with AI that can, in some cases, ruin lives. The subject in this case embarks on a harrowing journey into the dark world of deepfake technology to find answers, justice and to cleanse her true identity.

ABOUT PROJECT SAGE

As the domestic violence prevention agency for the Northwest Corner of Connecticut and neighboring towns in NY and MA, Project SAGE is invested in promoting healthy relationships in all their forms, including relationships that take place in virtual / online spaces. We are also there to support victims and survivors of relationships that have strayed into unhealthy or abusive realms. This is the case for Taylor Klein, who becomes the target of a “deep fake” pornography campaign designed to humiliate and terrorize her. Taylor’s experience, chronicled in the documentary Another Body, illustrates just how easy it is for anonymous keyboard warriors to attack their targets with impunity – and the determination and grit required to fight back.

Project SAGE envisions a world in which everyone can be themselves, have healthy relationships, and live free of interpersonal relationship violence. Until we reach that lofty goal, we will be working in this community to create social change by challenging attitudes and beliefs about power, control, and gender norms and by advocating for victims and survivors of relationship abuse of all types. We are available 24 / 7 for free, confidential services at 860-364-1900 or online at www.project-sage.org.
