FREE TICKET CANCELLATION

There are 2 ways to cancel Free tickets:

1. **NEW** Online:

1. Click here to cancel some or all of your tickets.
2. Log-in to your ticket account.
3. Select "Return Free Tickets" from the menu.
4. Select the ticket(s) to be returned. Click the "Return Selected Tickets" and then "Yes, return tickets" button.
5. Your tickets have been now removed from your account.

2. By Email: Email us at tickets@perimeterinstitute.ca. Please provide the barcode number(s) of the ticket(s) to be cancelled or the order number if all tickets are to be cancelled.

NOTE: Paid tickets may not be cancelled and are not refundable.
