Oral Histories LIVE! with Ellie Krug

The History Center invites the community to join in on Oral Histories LIVE! offering interviews with influential members of Linn County who share their stories and preserve legacies. Ellie Krug, author of "Getting to Ellen: A Memoir about Love, Honesty and Gender Change", is a legal advocate fighting for trans rights. Ellie is the first Iowa lawyer to transition genders and one of the few attorneys nationally to try jury cases in separate genders.
Tickets: $7.00 general admission; $5.00 members of The History Center
