Community Concerts has been a part of the The Victor Valley Community Concert Association was founded in 1962 to bring quality, professional entertainment to the residents of the High Desert. This concert season continues the recognition of the legendary developer of Apple Valley, Newton T. Bass, and a multi-year pledge made by The Apple Valley Foundation to the support the association.
