Spring Pastels Workshop

Celebrate spring with the Biggs, flowers, and therapy animals. During this 2-hour workshop you will learn basic techniques for drawing in chalk pastels, such as handling and color-blending, as well as strengthen your skills in using proportions and drawing from life.

Supply list for virtual participants:
Required supplies: -Toned Paper (earth tones, black & grey) -Chalk Pastels (variety of colors + black & white) -Graphite Pencil -Eraser
Recommended optional supplies: -Colored Pencils -Blending Tortilons (few different sizes) -Towel (paper of cloth) -Paint Brushes (soft, synthetic hair watercolor brushes, medium to large sizes) -Water Container -Masking Tape
