Welcome to the world of movement diagnostics. In this session attendees will learn and participate in a number of guided movement assessments. These assessments can help identify limitations, imbalances and weaknesses that may be contributing to current pains, limiting performance or leading down a path towards injury. Whether you are a Revel Marathoner, love to ride your bike, team sport weekend warrior or still an elite competitive athlete; learning how to self identify risky movement issues can help you train smarter so you can continue to play and compete harder. 
Come dressed to move and ready to learn!

Kyle Sela is a physical therapist and strength coach who is passionate about proper movement, athletic development and enjoys helping clients achieve long term, sustainable health and fitness. His training and experiences have led to him attaining Board Certifications as a specialist in both orthopedics (OCS) and sport medicine (SCS) as recognized by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialists (ABPTS).
Kyle is a graduate of the US Army/Baylor University Doctorate Program in Physical Therapy  and served on active duty in the US Army for 7 years.
