Photographing Frida with Special Guest Dr. Salomon Grimberg

Join the Curator of Community and Academic Programs, Kristen Matulewicz, and former Sewell C. Biggs Curator, Ryan Grover, as they discuss selected works from the Frida Kahlo: Through the Lens of Nickolas Muray exhibition. Joining them virtually will be Dr. Salomon Grimberg, the leading biographer and expert on the life and works of Kahlo. Dr. Grimberg will be sharing his insight to the life of Frida Kahlo, the enduring legacy of her portraits, and her friendship with photographer Nickolas Muray.

This program is offered in a hybrid format, with viewers able to join virtually or in person at the Biggs Museum.
