In the Mood for Love (2000): Synopsis
In 1962 Hong Kong, Chow Mo-wan (Tony Leung Chiu Wai) and his wife moved into a new apartment. With Chow’s spouse occupied with business trips, he soon meets his alluring neighbour Su Li-zhen (Maggie Cheung Man-yuk), who’s suffering from similar loneliness while her partner is frequently away for work. Eventually, the new friends realize that their partners are having affairs with others, consequently tempting their faithfulness as they begin to fall in love with one another.
This is an in-person program. Masks are mandatory, and physical distancing will be maintained. Contemporary Calgary requires visitors ages 12 and older to provide proof of vaccination by scannable QR code, documentation of a medical exemption, or a negative PCR or rapid test within the last 72 hours in order to enter the gallery.
