This pair of deeply chilling stories intersect to form one of David Lynch’s most underrated neo-noir masterpieces. Although it received some negative criticism on its release, the film has since developed a strong cult following, a critical reappraisal and even been adapted into an opera. It's also a film that definitely needs to be experienced on the big screen in order to fully immerse yourself in Lynch's twisted world.
