A night full of laughs awaits family and friends as one of California’s premier Comedy entertainment companies invades Modesto, CA as part of We Own The Laughs: Modesto. The event will be highlighted by show-stealing performances from Taylor Evans, Leonard Madrid, Aurora Singh, Glory Magaña, Ben Gonzalez, and Richard Villa. Drink, Mingle, & Laugh with some of the best comedians around California with our host for the evening being none other than the very hilarious Tyson Paul.

Tyson Paul
A veteran comedian based out of Central Califonia, Tyson Paul has performed in various comedy clubs all over the west coast including The Comedy Store, Hollywood Improv, and Cobbs Comedy Club in San Francisco, CA. Tyson has been fortunate to share the stage with some of comedy’s biggest stars including Tiffany Haddish, Amy Schumer, and Aries Spears.

Taylor Evans:
Evans co-founded and co-produces one of the Central Valley's longest-running comedy podcasts, “Black Enough” with Andre Morton. He is also a featured member of the venerable comedy team “The Deaf Puppies." Evans has performed all over the the Pacific northwest.
Lauren Ybarra:
A Central California native, Lauren Ybarra has quickly became one of the most enjoyable attractions in the world of California comedy. Lauren has opened for many comedic legends including Nick Guerra, Richard Villa, and Jade Catta-Preta. Ybarra has had unforgettable comedic performances up and down the west coast and it’s only a matter of time before she’s performing on some of biggest stages in the world.
Aurora Singh:
Aurora Singh blessed her immigrant parents with her arrival into the world in January 1992 and continuously doused her sparkle upon the world as she grew up in Sacramento, California in the good ol’ Catholic school system. You won’t regret the deep belly laughs you experience as a result of her hilarious straight forward real comedy. Eight years of comedy on her belt performing with great names like Kabir Singh (Kabeezy), Joey Diaz, Steve Simone, Taylor Tomlinson, and Felipe Esparza! Her mom has even been quoted saying, “she’s hilarious!” Ready to ride the giggle train? You won’t be disappointed!
Ben Gonzalez:
A licensed paramedic & father of 2, Ben Gonzalez has literally “seen it all”. Born in Los Angeles with 2 Parents who thought they were funny, Ben decided to be super shy & quiet his entire life. This led to a collective shock among everyone who knew him when he decided to try comedy. In a short time, he has built a reputation for sharp, quick jokes & observations, with a lot of punchlines.
He is the host of "Entre Nos" part 2, a stand up showcase series on HBO, & has also filmed for Fox & Netflix. He has hosted & produced one of the most popular shows in LA, "The Goonies Show" for nearly 4 years. As a stand up he features and headlines shows around the country. As a host, he can be seen on national TV, and streaming online. Either way, audiences are left laughing & talking about what they just saw.

Glory Magaña:
Glory Magaña was born to entertain! As the youngest of 15 there was never a dull moment or a night without an audience! Glory started her career in 2012 and first performed at The Purple Onion in San Francisco, CA, the same stage where Phyllis Diller, Woody Allen, and Richard Pryor paved their ways to fame. She made her way around the Bay Area performing at Cobb's Comedy, San Francisco Punchline, Tommy Ts in Pleasanton, and the Sacramento Punchline. She then went on to perform in Los Angeles at the Icehouse in Pasadena (finally headlining this year!), the Laugh Factory in Long Beach and Hollywood, and The Comedy Store. Glory has since performed across the U.S and Mexico. You'll be sure to have fun watching her animated presence on stage!
Richard Villa:
Richard Villa is a bilingual (English/Spanish) stand-up comedian and actor whose comedic influences draw from life experiences growing up as a Mexican-American Latino in Compton, California.
His crossover comedy appeal has landed him with appearances and specials on Netflix, MTV, Comedy Central, HBO, Comedy Central Mexico, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Televisa, Galavision, Azteca TV, DirecTV, and more. He was the longtime Friday night host of “Refried Friday’s at the world famous Hollywood Improv, and was the first Latino to land this coveted gig. Richard has performed alongside the comedy world’s top talent including: Gabriel Iglesias, Dave Chappelle, Louis C.K., Russell Peters, Carlos Mencia, Mike Epps, Orlando Jones, Franco Escamilla, El Costeño, Luis de Alba, and more. He has traveled the world performing his comedy and is the key player in developing Spanish stand-up comedy in the United States, Mexico and Latin America.
