In Our Body, True/False Film Fest veteran Claire Simon (T/F 2017 True Vision honoree and director of T/F 2021's The Grocer's Son, the Mayor, the Village and the World) observes the everyday operations of a gynecology ward of a hospital in France. The film expands upon the viewers’ understanding of gynecological care and health by depicting a diverse set of patients with ovaries and vaginas. After investing time following the diligent work of the doctors, Simon enters the camera frame when she, too, becomes a patient.
