Join us for the quintessential high
school comedy, written and directed by the beloved John Hughes (Ferris Bueller’s
Day Off, Uncle Buck), The Breakfast Club! Five students report for detention on
a Saturday under the stern eye of Principal Vernon, who warns them not to talk,
move from their seats, or sleep until they are released at 4:00 p.m. He assigns
them a thousand-word essay, in which each must describe "who you think you
are". Over the course of the day, they will come to defy Principal Vernon’s
demands and come to know who they really are.
Sponsored in part through the
Sturgis Area Community Foundation - Flora Beck Performing Arts Endowment Fund.
