The Southeastern Wind Symphony finally returns to the Columbia stage under the direction of Robert Schwartz.
The Wind Symphony presents its second
concert of the semester, New Dawn. This concert features a variety of
new repertoire from composers who have made significant contributions to
the medium over the years. This concert includes works by Oscar
Navarro, Frank Ticheli, Samuel Barber, John Macky, Omar Thomas, and
three time GRAMMY and Pulitzer Prize winning composer, Jennifer Higdon.
This concert has something for everyone on it.
