Trebs Thompson is a recipient of the 2024 Delaware Individual Artist Fellowship Award in the Established Fellows Category. She began an arts career with glass arts in her early 40s with little previous art experience. A few years later, she was diagnosed with a rare blinding condition called Parafoveal Macular Telangiectasia which prompted her to make art on new levels.
