Jarrett Purdy's album, "Motion and Stillness" recently won 88.3 KCCK's Album of the Month. Jarrett has also worked as a Jazz instructor, including highschools in the Iowa City area, and the University of Iowa.
Drawing inspiration from visionaries such as SZA, Sampha, Frank Ocean, and 6lack, Alyx Rush's artistry is a testament to individuality and innovation, a fusion of influences that culminates in a sound that is uniquely his own.
