Includes Q&A with Director NOAH PRITZKER
In this beguilingly bittersweet seriocomedy, Griffin Dunne stars as Peter Pearce, a man floundering after his father (Richard Benjamin) leaves his mother after 65 years of marriage, and his own wife (Rosanna Arquette, reuniting with her After Hours co-star) leaves him after 35. When he crashes his son Nick’s (James Norton) bachelor party in Tulum, Mexico, Peter soon realizes he’s not the only Pearce man in crisis.
Set against the spectacular backdrop of the Yucatán, writer/director Noah Pritzker has crafted a witty and deeply human drama about divorce, heartache, fathers and sons, and getting away from it all.
