A special screening of the short Run Next Door by the Commonwealth Film Collective precedes the feature. Run Next Door centers on a young woman seeking refuge after a traumatic incident. As her truth unravels, so does the reality of the neighbors who take her in, forcing them to confront their own assumptions about safety and who to trust. Did she run away from danger, or has she unknowingly brought it closer?
