Following up from the 2018 film Homeless in Modesto, this new documentary from Fog Light Media and Richard Anderson, PhD explores the evolution of local homeless stories and services over the past seven years. Specifically, it examines the conditions of Modesto's unhoused population, the community services available to them, and investigates how local officials are addressing the situation.
