“River Crossings: Contemporary Art Comes Home.” The exhibit explored the
pivotal role the Hudson River School artists Thomas Cole and Frederic Edwin
Church played in the development of the contemporary tradition in American art.
Rosenfeld will discuss the development of this landmark exhibit and the
influence the homes and work of these artistic giants have on contemporary art.
