Join feature exhibition artist Michael Izrael Galmer for a talk geared toward high school students. Michael's distinguished work is in the permanent collections of Cooper Hewitt Museum, Smithsonian Design Museum; Renwick Gallery, Smithsonian American Art Museum; Evergreen Museum & Library of the Johns Hopkins University, Newark Museum and the Holocaust Memorial and Tolerance Center, New York. This event will feature a walk-through of his exhibit, a discussion of his career as an artist, and an explanation of his silver making process. The artist lecture will be followed by an optional hour long tour of the Biggs’ silver collection and permanent galleries. This program is free, but pre-registration is required.
