Do
you have a Biggs Kid who loves birds? Bring them by for a special Biggs Kids adventure.
At 11, join a Teacher/Naturalist, with the Delaware Nature Society, for “Bird
Watching Basics.” Learn what makes a bird a bird, how to use binoculars, and
tips and tricks for beginners in the great outdoors on the Green and
Legislative Mall. Afterwards, families are invited to the museum to make a
special bird craft and see our exhibit Audubon: Then and Now.
Our normal, drop-in craft will be available all day as well, for those that cannot participate in birding
