After her husband is killed in an accident, lonely Joyce finds herself destitute and facing an uncertain future. In an effort to make easy money, she turns her house into a Bed & Breakfast, exposing herself to people from an outside world and giving herself a new lease on life. She meets mysterious drifter Bob and takes him in as a long-term tenant. Captivated by his alluring bad boy image, Joyce becomes obsessed with her younger guest, making him the unwitting object of her deepest romantic fantasies. When a friend’s betrayal causes Joyce’s fantasy world to come crashing down, she seizes control of her own destiny with a deadly mission to finally get what she deserves, putting those around her in danger.

Since 1956, the Chapel of the Holy Cross in Sedona has touched millions of visitors with its majesty. In the late 1970’s a controversial sculpture of Christ (known as the “Atomic Christ”) was taken down from the Chapel, destroyed, and scattered across the Mojave Desert. Now, decades later, a new sculpture has taken its place. Commissioned by Rev. Kieran Kleczewski and created by world renowned sculptor James Muir, the new corpus has, in a sense, resurrected the Chapel, marking a new era for one of Sedona’s most beloved sites.
