The BREAKING BOUNDARIES mixed-bill program will present a diverse selection of performances, each offering a unique exploration of movement and culture. Highlights include AFRICAN IMAGES, a vibrant and rhythmic African-inspired piece, choreographed by K. R. Pauley, that celebrates the energy of African dance; ROMANIAN FOLK DANCES, featuring Béla Bartók’s folk-influenced choreography that captures the essence of Romanian traditions; and IN BETWEEN LIGHT, a contemporary ballet pas de deux, choreographed by Robert Royce, inspired by sculptural lines, showcasing the elegance and emotional depth of modern ballet.
