Every thing and every human action revolves in rhythm.” - Babatunde Olatunji Drum Love facilitates drum circles in a variety of settings as a way to promote individual wellness, strong relationships, and good times. What is a Drum Circle? A drum circle is a group of people playing drums together in a unified rhythm while sitting or standing in a circle. It is inclusive and beginner friendly. Everyone CAN do it. And by the way, research shows that drumming provides many health benefits, including lowering blood pressure, boosting the immune system, and accelerating physical healing. It also promotes deep relaxation, releases negative feelings and emotional trauma, and increases memory, focus, and listening skills. Most of all, it’s just plain fun.
