Join us for a special evening to benefit the theater and its Cinema Classroom at the Avalon Student Film Education program on Sunday, May 5, 2024. We will begin with a reception at 5:00 PM followed by a program entitled "Orchestrating Greatness: Movies, Their Music, and the Oscars" at 7:00 PM. Gifted concert pianist and film music expert Rachel Franklin will present an exploration of 90 years of Oscar-winning film scores, accompanied by her grand piano and selected film clips. All festivities will take place at the Avalon Theatre.
