Extraordinary Foods was born in 2022 in Modesto, California, from a simple idea: ordinary food is easy to find—Extraordinary food is something you have to create.
Founded by Garret Bianco, Extraordinary Foods is a grassroots craft food company built around bold flavors, creativity, and a hands-on approach to making food from the ground up. What started with a passion for growing peppers and experimenting with hot sauce has grown into a unique food brand focused on sauces, condiments, fermented products, and custom food creations.
Garret began growing peppers in 2020, with a particular fascination for rare and exceptionally hot varieties. As his freezer began filling with peppers, he started turning them into hot sauces, experimenting with different combinations of heat, acidity, sweetness, smoke, fruit, and savory ingredients. The goal wasn't simply to make something hot—it was to find the perfect balance in every bottle.
