Take Your Songwriting to the next level. Get your songs heard by industry professionals and receive the instruction, information and guidance you need to craft your personal best songs. Getting your songs heard by a trusted mentor is usually the first recommended step! Taking the First Step! At Global Songwriters Connection every service starts with YOU FIRST! Not only will your songs be developing to the next level but YOU the creator, the person, will be mentored and growing as a professional! You will learn valuable meeting skills for your future career in the music industry! Now let me answer your some of your questions. What does a GSC song evaluations include?

  • An interactive meeting via video conferencing, phone or in person:

    You choose how you would like to connect! Are you more comfortable talking over the phone about your songs? Would you prefer a face to face connection? Through the use of video conferencing we can not only talk face to face, but we can also look at a real time copy of your lyrics and any changes we make during our session. Both methods are effective and BOTH are easy to use! It's your choice.

  • Send us up to two songs you want heard:

    We accept songs of ALL GENRES and at ALL levels of completion. You may have songs that are in development and just need a little guidance or direction. You may have finished songs and wondering if they are ready to demo or to pitch. Maybe you are just a lyricist and just want to take that next step. Your songs can be simple guitar/vocal or keyboard/vocal recordings or fully produced. We will ask you to send in MP3 files AND the lyric sheets in a Word format. The challenge…choosing only two!

  • We will listen to your songs together at our scheduled meeting:

    As a professional songwriter, playing songs for industry professionals will be a part of your job! Through these sessions, I will be developing YOU in the area of meeting etiquette as well as helping you develop your songs. Pay attention to how you feel when your song is playing. Does the intro feel long? Does the tempo feel slower than when you were producing it in your basement? Do you wince at the same line every time it plays? These are your songwriting intuitions guiding you towards writing the best songs possible!

  • 30 Minutes of time solely focused on the song(s) and song crafting:

    We will spend 30 minutes together focused solely on developing your meeting skills, your songs and songwriting skills. Be prepared to state your goals and intentions for your songs! Be prepared to take notes or feel free to record the session! Have your questions about your songs written down prior to the session. It takes a lot of courage to step up and play your songs for an industry professional. I want YOU to have the best experience possible. Be encouraged. I will always approach you and your songs as a mentor and not as a critic.

  • A wrap-up to discuss possible opportunities for your songs:

    At the end of the session I may have suggested opportunities for your songs. Even if a song may not be ready for the radio, it doesn’t mean it might not be ready to earn income! There are many ways that songs can be heard, reach an audience and generate income. Be open to the possibilities! If I do have suggestions, I will also help you make that connection!
