No refunds

Gift Certificates may only be applied to events and concessions presented by the Highlands Performing Arts Center.

The gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law. Lost or Stolen certificates can not be replaced.

Certificate holder assumes all risks and dangers incidental to attendance at and participation of any event.
